- Created and maintained content protection software for hd.kinopoisk.ru. Built process of search, identification and takedown of pirate websites in collaboration with developers. Tech used in this project is web scraping, crowd sourcing, map reduce operations, integration with adjacent internal and excernal services via APIs. The project is maintained by operational team of remote moderators, a project manager and a developer. The project has analytics and monitoring system that uses SQL-like database, job schedulers, email alerts and data visualisation in Tableau BI
- Automated several processes for customer support service. It led to reduction in workload for support specialists and increase SLA as well as Customer Satisfaction. Typical workflow in task execution was to analyse business logic and data, find weak spots, discuss solutions, set technical tasks, prioritise them and let developers do the work. After each step further analysis is performed in order to decide on next steps

- Created analytical reporting system for marketing department. The system used data from PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Google Analytics, Yandex Metrics, ERP Bitrix. The data was merged, cleaned and loaded into Google Big Query via python scripts. Reports were formed in Google Spreadsheets and Google Looker BI
- Trained marketing team to use spreadsheets in Excel and Google docs

- Created an integrated model for stock analysis and forecast using MS Excel and VBA. Model collected data from OLAP-system, reduced it and sent to stakeholders in financial department to be used for decision making and repor

- Sold steel products to customers from Europe and Western Asia (Germany, Spain, Turkey, Algeria).
- Represented our company at two exhibitions in Germany and Tanzania
- Executed ca. 15 contracts. The work was to provide for shipping terms, document processing and payment
